REFUND POLICY

At JJ KASUALS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange an item. Please review our return and refund policy below.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. All items except accessories and flash sales items are eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any shipping fees. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us and we will provide you with further instructions. Please note that all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and will do everything we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. How to Make Your Return

Step1: Fill  the "Tracking Order Form" at the bottom of the page.

Step2: Enter your Email Address, tell us why you want to initiate a return request, and enter the Order Number.

Step3: Click submit to start the return request and you will get authorization and a return address via email within 72 hours.

Note: You should email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online for Fast Refund.

Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.
